Web Applications and Widgets

The following Web Applications and Widgets are provided by the CDA for use on your website or blog. To help you better use the tools provided, below you will find a description of each type of tool:

  • A web application is intended to be hosted within a single page of your site.
  • A widget has smaller dimensions and can be placed within your site's header, sidebar, or footer on each page.

Get the PDQ Web Application

The Personal Disability Quotient Web Application can be placed on your website or blog simply by following the directions below. It is designed
to fit in a space of 320px - 768px wide.
